Ordering online is a hassle. They’ll charge you right away, but won’t ship your items for two weeks. They split up my order and created a label for one item (still waiting for it) and the other STILL hasn’t even been processed, two weeks later. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.UPDATE. Marshals sent me a gift card with a balance of 1 cent 😂 yup that makes up for the poor service all right.

A very sweet lady that worked at Marshalls saw a puppy wan took her home fed her, kept her overnight and called the vet the next day and found the owner. I think her very much for doing what she did and I wish her that she gets a raise for all the good work she has done This year for saving my puppy and my puppy thanks her dearly getting her back with her mom before Christmas Thank you so much

Was happy to show up an hour and a half before they closed to get some Christmas shopping in. Everything was going great until they said 15 minutes to close at 10:30 (they close at 11 but do this to get out early). While I was finishing up my shopping a girl took my cart and started putting everything away. I turned around with my arms full carrying the last of the items to put in my cart and realized she took off with it. All that time wasted, she did offer to help me find all the items, but they were also trying to rush me out (still 30 minutes away from closing but okay). I couldn’t remember what was missing or if I was grabbing the right things again . It took me an hour and a half to calculate how much it all cost to make sure I was being equal for all the kids and making sure I don’t forget any of the nephews or nieces. I ended up just saying it’s fine and walked out without purchasing anything. Made me super depressed to waste all that time. So irritated by the whole situation I’m just going to shop somewhere else.

I didn't find anything to be size inclusive. The prices are a bit higher than similar discount stores. It's 10 day before Christmas they should have more staff restocking clothes and auditing the sizes.

I am applying for a job ! But I LOVE the store it has Popular Brands GREAT Prices it's a store U can shop for ! When U enter Marshalls it's a place U WANT to stay & Be ! Go inside !
